Purposes and legal basis
This demo has no form, no analytics and no booking. Only technical data from each visit, such as the IP address, is processed to host the website and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to nick@wwworthit.com, I use your details only to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering your message and, if you ask about my services, the pre-contractual steps you request (art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
I keep emails for as long as the conversation lasts, and at most two years.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical visit data, such as the IP address, for security. Sanity stores the website texts and stores no visitor data.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to nick@wwworthit.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
